2. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.

3. Vehicle Condition Disclosure

Customers should inform us of any existing damage or special conditions of the vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues revealed during service.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and e-transfers.

5. Pricing

Prices may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and requested services. Any changes will be communicated before work begins.

6. Service Limitations

  • We are not liable for damage related to rust, corrosion, or mechanical problems.

  • While we strive to remove stains, odors, and pet hair, complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide access to electricity, water, and a safe parking space at the service location.

  • Remove personal belongings from your vehicle prior to service.

8. Liability

Rambino Auto Shine is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

9. Weather Policy

In case of severe weather, we may reschedule appointments for safety and quality reasons.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address them.
